Bidding Support

As an organisation we can also support you to bid for contracts as well as help you deliver them. Our team can help you write policies, interpret and apply them into practice for your own situation and train staff in key agendas so that they can gain quality standards such as the Arts Mark. Our staff can become part of the extended support network that you have for your school or organisation. Our partners are not dependent on short term funding and are not looking to meet any additional targets, our agenda is your agenda.

‘Off the shelf’ and ‘bespoke’

You can request tailor made services or pick something our practitioners do off the shelf. You can request what you want, when you want it and by whom. You can share resources across a number of schools or organisations which means that you don’t have to find the money to pay for a full time employee and all the management of the project and partners can be done by ECM Workbank. We take the hassle out of finding the right individual, checking they are suitable and managing the project. As a not for profit we charge sensible rates that are not consultancy fees and we carry the on-costs, not you.
Our practitioners can design and deliver clubs, workshops, holiday activities, community projects, parent support projects and young people led initiatives. Examples of projects and workshops delivered are :- anti bullying, disability awareness, e-safety, drugs and alcohol, mentoring, inclusion projects, drama workshops, dance, music, art, counseling, entry into employment projects, nutrition and sports.
