ECM Workbank aims to be an inclusive organisation. We offer all our staff disability awareness training and within our partners we have a group of adults with learning disabilities who have been trained to monitor and enhance work in the disability arena.
ECM Workbank provide organisations with: -

How to plan an inclusive event
A guide to the Recovery Model
The training is delivered by practitioners who have a first-hand experience of disability.
We have developed an audit tool that can assist organisation to review their service in line with disability awareness and an audit tool that can be used by young people to access their perception of inclusion at leisure services.
Many of the projects we deliver are to enhance the access to fun, leisure activities for adults and young people with learning disabilities and to help them to gain work experience. We are able to design and produce tools to aid with communication including websites. We have partners who are skilled in advice/consultation on improving transition processes and outcomes for schools, young people and families.
We can provide:
Support to schools and families with all aspects of transition to adulthood.
Independent facilitation of Person Centred Transition Reviews.
Support to schools to implement Person Centred Transition review and planning.
